This highly structured experience prepares individuals for long-term success, with the ultimate goal of becoming a top B2B sales leader or running your own business within CED.Throughout the program, trainees gain hands-on exposure to all facets of the industrial automation industry, including Cybersecurity, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Solar & Sustainability, and more developing both technical foundation and business acumen. This challenging, multi-phase rotational program requires a strong commitment and offers immersive experience across key areas of the business, including Electrical and Automation Fundamentals, Warehouse Operations, Supplier Product Training, Customer Inventory Management, B2B Sales & Relationship Development, Corporate Administration, IT Systems, and Quality Assurance. Development is driven through a combination of real-world, on-the-job experience and formal classroom training, supported by mentorship from experienced leaders.
