Executive Medical Director, Early Clinical Development in Aesthetic Medicine, leading translational and clinical strategies for aesthetic and dermatologic therapies.
Responsibilities:
develop and refine therapeutic hypotheses, design and oversee early clinical studies integrating biomarkers and patient-reported outcomes, evaluate external opportunities, and support regulatory interactions.
Lead cross-functional teams, influence portfolio strategy, and foster external scientific relationships.
Requirements:
MD or DO, board eligible/certified in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or related, with 5+ years in pharma/biotech early clinical development;
experience in aesthetic indications, translational medicine, and regulatory processes.
Preferred:
PhD in Skin Biology or related, leadership in early-stage trials, expertise in regenerative medicines, biologics, device-based treatments, and industry collaborations.

Work setup:multiple US locations (Boston, San Diego, SF, Indianapolis), with 10-15% domestic/international travel.
