Ground Delivery Driver Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Package Delivery Driver to join our growing company. Inthis role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery (and pick-up) of packages to residential andcommercial customers. This job requires weekend work and is physically demanding. Do not apply if you cannot work weekend days or cannot handle a physical job.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:  Clean Background (verified via background check) Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (no DUI or license suspensions) Speak English (enough to communicate with customers) Ability to lift up to 150 pounds. Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends (up to 12 hours per shift). Have reliable transportation to and from work and a working mobile device. Working mobile phone for communication and safety training.

Responsibilities:  Safely deliver packages along designated routes, meeting strict time schedules. Be able to drive 8-10 hours within a day. Load, unload, and organize packages in your assigned vehicle, adhering to weightrestrictions (up to 150 lbs). Provide excellent customer service by following all delivery instructions and obtainingsignatures when required. Maintain a professional appearance (provided uniform and badge) and positive attitude whileinteracting with customers. Effectively navigate using GPS and delivery manifests. Report any damaged packages or delivery issues. Perform basic vehicle checks to ensure safe operation and report any maintenanceconcerns. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
