Benefits: Competitive Compensation - Based on Experience and Qualifications Health, medical, and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and vacation Flexible work schedule Growth and advancement opportunities Employee vehicle purchase program Family-owned and operated dealership Long-term job security Supportive team environment Work in a busy, high-volume Ford dealership Air-conditioned, climate-controlled shop Responsibilities Inspect and evaluate incoming used vehicles for mechanical, electrical, and safety concerns Diagnose and repair vehicle systems to dealership standards Perform maintenance, reconditioning, and repair work efficiently and accurately Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards prior to retail sale Document repairs and recommendations on repair orders Communicate findings with Service Advisors and management Perform road tests to verify repairs and vehicle performance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow dealership reconditioning processes and timelines Assist with additional service department work as needed Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to inspect, evaluate, and repair major vehicle systems Ford and Lincoln experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Team-oriented attitude with a professional approach Why Join Sarat Ford Lincoln?
