This physician will play a key role in building a high-performing, patient-centered Orthopedic program with a focus on total joint replacement, surgical excellence, and coordinated, value-based care. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow a comprehensive Musculoskeletal Center of Excellence within one of the region's most respected physician-led practices.
Position Highlights:

- Partnership track available Key Responsibilities Clinical & Surgical Care
- Evaluate and treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions with a focus on hip and knee pathology
- Perform primary and revision total joint arthroplasty procedures
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing both operative and non-operative approaches
- Maintain high standards of surgical outcomes, patient safety, and satisfaction
- Program Development & GrowthLead the development and expansion of the hip and knee service line
- Collaborate with leadership to establish clinical protocols, care pathways, and quality metrics
- Participate in strategic growth initiatives, including new ASC development and service expansion
- Care Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with primary care physicians, sports medicine, and rehabilitation teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Partner with care teams to optimize pre-operative and post-operative pathways
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Hip & Knee preferred
- Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
