Senior Buyer

Job Full Description: Responsible for overseeing purchasing, procurement, and material distribution, including: Manage procurement activities, purchasing systems, and procedures Supervise storeroom and supply personnel Source, evaluate, and maintain vendor relationships Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery, and service with suppliers Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, bids, and vendor agreements Monitor materials from purchase through delivery and ensure availability Manage procurement reporting and assign purchasing requests Develop and improve office, purchasing, and workflow procedures Coordinate disposal of surplus materials Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Plex manufacturing software Requires strong communication, organization, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Manufacturing environment; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Racine, WI 2069 1300 South Green Bay Road Suite 200 Racine, WI 53406
