Immigrant Services Resource Specialist

Goodwill Industries of Hawaii is seeking a Resource Specialist to support the Immigrant Resource Center within the Mission Services Division in Hilo. This full-time role conducts case management, counseling, and guidance to help participants access services and achieve goals outlined in their Individual Service Plans. You will perform intake, develop service plans, provide ESL and financial literacy instruction, and connect individuals with community resources.
