Oncology Pharmacist I - Day Shift, Infusion & Inpatient

Saint Luke's Hospital on the Plaza is seeking an Oncologist Pharmacist I for a full-time day position across infusion centers and inpatient oncology services. The role requires 3–5 years of oncology pharmacy experience, a PharmD or equivalent, and credentials such as PGY2 Oncology or BCOP preferred. Monday–Friday, no evenings/weekends, with on-call and some holiday requirements. You will practice in a hospital health system, dispensing chemotherapy and coordinating interdisciplinary care, while
