Staff ML Engineer, Identity Verification & Fraud Defense

Coinbase is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer for Identity Verification. You will own the ML stack from feature pipeline to production enforcement, protecting the integrity of millions of accounts. You will lead end-to-end ML strategy, build identity-graph systems, and develop real-time risk scoring with aggressive latency targets. Mentoring engineers and coordinating with ML Platform and Risk ML teams are key parts of the role.
