Controller - Manufacturing

We’re partnering with a fast-growing global manufacturing company on the search for a Global Controller to lead its worldwide accounting organization. This is a broad leadership role with responsibility for accounting and financial reporting across a complex, multinational business. Reporting to the CFO, you'll lead a team of approximately 15 while partnering with Finance and operational leaders around the world on everything from financial strategy and manufacturing performance to systems transformation and investment decisions. The business is also entering an important period of transformation within Finance, including a global ERP implementation and continued investment in automation, technology and AI. This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established global accounting function while playing a major role in building the infrastructure needed for the company's next stage of growth.
