What we're looking for: Sales or managerial experience in another industry Previous experience running your own business Possession of an MBA or other advanced degree Program Overview In the Accelerated Path to Management Program, you will begin as a financial professional, learning how to sell our products, build client relationships, and meet specific production and licensing requirements. After the first 12 months, you will undergo a six‐month intensive Associate Partner training program designed to prime you for success as a manager. You will then lead and build a team of financial professionals, with continued opportunities for growth and promotion to higher levels of management.
