Executive Protection Agent

Your responsibilities include: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service. Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite. Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity. Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with PSG leadership. Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage. Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority. Follow PSG protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests. Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems. Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).Certifications & Credentials: Valid NY Armed Guard Card & NY CCL or HR 218/LEOSAU.S. Passport & Driver's License High School Diploma or GEDCompletion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening Skills & Attributes: Command presence and confidence under pressure Strong written and verbal communication Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities Physical readiness and mental resilience Discretion, integrity, and professionalism
