Enterprise Account Executive

The Role: This is a true enterprise new-business role. You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic accounts with significant SMS, voice, and communications volume. These aren't transactional software sales. The right customer could represent hundreds of thousands—or millions—of dollars in annual revenue, and winning them requires understanding their business, technical architecture, existing provider relationships, economics, compliance requirements, and growth plans. You'll work directly with Signal House leadership, product, operations, and technical teams throughout the sales process. We aren't looking for someone who waits for inbound leads and runs demos. We want someone who can identify the right accounts, create opportunities where none existed, get access to senior decision-makers, understand the underlying communications workload, and build a compelling case for moving that workload to Signal House. You sell the infrastructure and business outcome—not an API feature list. A SaaS platform doesn't want SMS. It wants reliable communications across thousands of customers. An AI company doesn't want SIP minutes. It wants thousands of AI agents capable of reaching customers reliably. A high-volume sender doesn't simply want a cheaper rate. It wants better economics without sacrificing deliverability, compliance, support, or uptime. Your job is to understand that distinction and sell accordingly.
