Nurse Practitioner - In-Home Health Evaluations

We're hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Compensation: earn more as you commit more:- Base rate of $80 per completed assessment- Tiered pay structure: Your per-visit rate increases as you commit to more hours per month- 6–11 visits/day = $500–$1000 per day- Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)- Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state
