Position Overview:
As a Member Experience Associate (MEA), you are the heart of our studio. You will be the first and last impression for every member—creating a welcoming, high-energy, and supportive environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in members with a warm, positive attitude
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine relationships
- Educate prospective members on memberships, promotions, and studio offerings
- Assist with sales and membership sign-ups (including Founding Memberships)
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization (lobby, retail, locker areas)
- Support class transitions and ensure a seamless member experience
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling
- Promote studio events, classes, and community engagement
- Handle transactions and maintain accurate records
