The Share Point Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Share Point environments within a secure infrastructure. In addition to system administration tasks, the role includes ticket triage and resolution, user support, and coordinating with various teams to ensure Share Point services are accessible, compliant, and efficient. Candidates must be comfortable working in a mission-driven environment and capable of addressing both technical and user-facing issues. The ideal candidate must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and meet one of the following experience requirements: a minimum of 5 years with a BS/BA degree, or 3 years with an MS/MA. The role requires demonstrated experience administering and maintaining Share Point environments, familiarity with Power Shell scripting for automation and Share Point configuration, as well as a current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level III certification.
Position Job Duties:
Administer, configure, and maintain Share Point environments (on-premises and/or Share Point Online)Manage user permissions, groups, and site collections in compliance with security policies Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning Collect, triage, and expedite service tickets related to Share Point access, configuration, and performance issues Provide technical support and guidance to users, resolving issues promptly Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures Work with stakeholders to design and implement new Share Point sites and workflows Automate administrative tasks using Power Shell or other scripting tools Ensure system compliance with DoD cybersecurity and accreditation requirements (STIGs, patches, etc.)Collaborate with IT teams, security personnel, and business units to ensure Share Point solutions meet mission requirements.
Position Qualifications:
TS/SCI level clearance is required Minimum of 5 years with BS/BA; or 3 years with MS/MAExperience administering and maintaining Share Point environments (on-prem and/or Share Point Online)Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level III certification Proficient in user permissions management, site creation, and workflow optimization Ability to collect, triage, and resolve tickets related to Share Point issues Familiarity with Power Shell scripting for automation and Share Point configuration Strong understanding of information assurance and cybersecurity best practices Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills
