57 years of professional copyediting experience, preferably with technical or support content Proficiency in AP, Chicago or Microsoft writing style guides Strong understanding of plain language principles and UX writing best practices Familiarity with editing in a content management system (CMS)Experience applying editorial style guides and working with editorial checklists Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive, collaborative way Basic understanding of accessibility, SEO, and inclusive language best practices Excellent attention to detail
