Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Schedule: 1st shift, 7:30am to 5pm2nd shift, 5pm to 1:30amPPE Requirements: Steel-toed boots. Uniforms can be purchased after two weeks.

Job Summary: For the material handler position, the employee will operate either a forklift or a tugger.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities: Pulling collection carts to various outside areas. Loading pallets, cardboard, and plastics onto the carts and offloading them at the recycling area. Collecting and loading pallets into the pallet trailer.

Tugger Operator Responsibilities: Maintaining trash and recycling collected in the main plant. Connecting to hoppers and transporting materials to the appropriate collection areas. Operating and maintaining the trash compactor.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Completion of a Cisive background check and drug screen prior to starting is mandatory. A "contingent start" may be approved if needed.

Education/Experience/Skills: High school diploma or G.E.D.Preferred zero to four years of previous experience. Forklift/tugger experience is preferred. Multitasking abilities. Time management skills.
