Location: Caddo Mills, TX (Dallas Area)
Join a Technician-First Company We're hiring experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Technicians to join a well-established and growing heavy-duty truck repair organization with multiple locations throughout Texas. Owned and operated by a former technician, the company understands what mechanics need to succeed-competitive pay, quality equipment, a positive work environment, and management that truly supports its technicians. We're seeking experienced, mid- to senior-level diesel technicians who take pride in diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty trucks while delivering quality workmanship.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $30.00-$50.00+/hour (depending on experience)
  • Higher compensation available for exceptional technicians
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Shop Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMHealthcare benefits

Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks, Mack experience required. Perform engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, electrical, hydraulic, and aftertreatment repairs. Complete preventative maintenance and inspections. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Maintain accurate repair documentation. Work safely while maintaining a clean work environment. Deliver quality workmanship in a fast-paced shop.
Qualifications: 5+ years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience working on Class 8 trucks. Ability to work independently.
