Learning & Development Programs Lead

Hubbard Family Swim School is seeking a Learning & Development Program Specialist to design and oversee instructional content and training programs. You will partner with HR, Curriculum Team, and site leaders to ensure engaging, consistent learning aligned with HFSS initiatives. You will manage content updates, assess training effectiveness, and advance the L&D strategy using TalentLMS and other tools, while supporting onboarding and staff development.
