Associate Director of Procurement

Build a $350M Global Procurement Organization Chemicals + Packaging | Global CMO Network | Beauty & Personal Care | Build, Don't Maintain Our client is looking for a procurement leader who has learned world-class sourcing inside a leading consumer products company—and now wants the opportunity to build instead of maintain. You'll lead sourcing strategy across approximately$350M in direct materials spend, owning chemical raw materials and packaging procurement while helping shape the next generation of a growing global procurement organization. You'll Bring 10+ years of direct procurement experience in Beauty, Personal Care or Consumer Products Deep sourcing expertise acrosschemical raw materials(required) and packaging Experience managing significant direct materials spend and strategic supplier negotiations Global sourcing and contract manufacturing (CMO) experience Proven leadership with a hands-on, builder mentality You'll LeadGlobal sourcing strategy Supplier negotiations and cost optimization Directed-buy programs Should-cost modeling and spend analytics Supplier performance and risk management Two Senior Managers Cross-functional partnership with R&D, Operations and Finance Why This Role?
