Ownership takes a long-term hold approach and is investing in equipment, product expansion, and scale.
The Opportunity:
- The business has a strong brand and loyal customers. The President will lead the platform, build its commercial engine, and drive the next phase of growth.

- Primarily US sales with international presence
What You'll Do:
- Own the P&L, budget, forecasts, and KPIsBuild and lead the sales strategy, including key accounts and new customer acquisition
- Drive product line expansion and new market opportunities
- Develop talent and lead change across the organization
- What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred6 to 12 years of management experience with P&L responsibility, ideally in small or middle market manufacturing
- Commercial orientation with a track record of generating new revenue
- Strong people leadership and financial management skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
