$28–$34/hour | Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | 34 Regular Scheduled Hours/WeekBedford Periodontal & Dental Implant Care is a Privately ownedPeriodontal & Dental Implant Specialty Practiceseeking an experienced, caringRegistered Dental Assistant (RDA)to join our collaborative team.
Work directly alongside a Periodontist providing advanced periodontal and implant care usingdigital dentistry, CBCT, intraoral scanning, biologics, and laser technology.
Schedule
Monday:8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Tuesday:8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday:8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Friday:8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Schedule includes ½ hour before opening and ½ hour after closing. Exceptions require approval.
What You'll Do:
Assist chairside with periodontal and dental implant surgeries
Prepare surgical operatories and treatment rooms
Provide exceptional patient care
Takedigital X-rays, CBCTs, and intraoral scans
Assist with digital workflows and clinical documentation
Maintain sterilization, infection control, and OSHA standards
Review post-operative instructions with patients
Assist with inventory and supplies
Support a professional, team-oriented practice environment
What We're Looking For:
CurrentRegistered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
CurrentRadiology Certification and CPR
2+ years of surgical assisting experience preferred
Digital dentistry experience a plus
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Knowledge of dental procedures and treatment planning
CDT coding/insurance experience preferred
