Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs. Explain recommended maintenance and repair services in a professional, easy-to-understand manner. Coordinate the daily flow of Quick Lube vehicles to maximize efficiency. Schedule and distribute repair orders to technicians based on workload and skill level. Keep customers informed throughout the service process with timely updates. Answer phone calls and assist customers with service questions and appointment requests. Help maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused service drive. Work closely with technicians and service staff to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time. Create a positive experience that encourages repeat business and long-term customer relationships. What Were Looking ForPrevious customer service experience required (automotive experience is a plus, but not required).Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, or other customer-facing roles is welcomed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service. Basic computer skills. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
