We are seeking a Senior Analytics Manager / Business Intelligence Manager to lead the development of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making across the organization. This role combines analytical expertise, stakeholder partnership, team leadership, and data storytelling to deliver impactful insights that support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Business Intelligence:
Design, develop, and deliver standardized reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytical solutions that support strategic business objectives.
Lead end-to-end analytical projects from requirements gathering through implementation and presentation of actionable insights.
Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks, reporting solutions, and data-driven recommendations.
Develop ad hoc analyses that provide timely insights for business leaders and stakeholders.
Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and operational improvements through data exploration and business analysis.
Serve as a trusted advisor, helping business leaders interpret data and make informed decisions.
Dashboard & Reporting Development:
Build and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Tableau and related BI platforms.
Develop scalable reporting frameworks that support business performance monitoring and KPI tracking.
Ensure reporting solutions are accurate, reliable, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and efficiency enhancements.
Data Analysis & Engineering:
Develop complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze enterprise data.
Work with large datasets and data warehouse environments to support analytical initiatives.
Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to enhance data availability, governance, and reporting capabilities.
Design and optimize workflows using Alteryx and related automation tools.
Support enhancements to data warehouses, analytics platforms, and reporting ecosystems.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Collaborate closely with business leaders, operational teams, and IT partners to define analytical requirements.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to clarify objectives, gather requirements, and manage project expectations.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical solutions.
Communicate findings through clear presentations, executive summaries, and compelling data storytelling.
Team Leadership & Development:
Coach, mentor, and develop analysts to strengthen analytical capabilities and business knowledge.
Promote best practices in analytics, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder engagement.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on continuous learning and innovation.
Guide team members through project planning, prioritization, and execution.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in:
- Mathematics
- StatisticsEconomicsBusiness Administration
- AnalyticsRelated quantitative field
- Strong experience in:
- Business IntelligenceData Analytics
- Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Stakeholder Consulting
- Data Visualization
- Advanced Tableau development experience.
- Strong SQL development and scripting capabilities.
- Experience working with enterprise data warehouses, preferably Amazon Redshift.
- Ability to independently manage analytical projects from inception to completion.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with business and technical teams.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building workflows and automation solutions using Alteryx.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science concepts.
Familiarity with HTML and web-based reporting capabilities.
Experience with InterWorks Creator.
Understanding of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, franchise, or hospitality operations.
Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading analytics professionals.
