Strategic Engineering Director - City Infrastructure Leader

City of Vista is seeking an Engineering Director to lead the Engineering Department, directing CIP, land development, traffic, sewer and stormwater, and related programs; reporting to the City Manager. The ideal candidate communicates well, has CIP project leadership, deep construction knowledge, and can partner with contractors to ensure top-quality execution while coordinating with the City Council, staff, business community, and stakeholders to improve residents' quality of life.
