GI Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner – Advanced Care Clinic

UNC Health Gastroenterology (GI) Medicine Clinic at Eastowne in Chapel Hill is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner to join as an Advanced Practice Provider on the interdisciplinary team. The CPP will support the Center for Esophageal Diseases and Swallowing, lead H. pylori management, and provide clinical guidance to gastroenterologists, nurses, and staff. The successful candidate will train residents, mentor students, and participate in educational activities while improving access to
