Maintenance Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing: Perform general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility Assist with light electrical, carpentry, flooring, and plumbing projects Complete routine painting, patching, and drywall touch-ups Support preventive maintenance efforts and safety inspections Troubleshoot and report maintenance issues proactively Collaborate with staff to address equipment needs and facility upkeep

What We’re Looking For: Background in general maintenance, repair, and light construction Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work is a plus but not required Ability to work independently and with a team Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Why Join East Cobb Center?
