Mission Control Associate – Autonomous Vehicle Operations

Location: Las Vegas, NV | On-site

Job Type: Full-Time, W2

Pay: $25/hr on W2 Training Start: October 19, 2026 We’re hiring a Mission Control Associate to support daily operations for an autonomous vehicle service.

What you’ll do: Monitor real-time vehicle/service operations Coordinate dispatch and vehicle recovery activities Troubleshoot basic vehicle/service issues and escalate when needed Track and document service disruptions and incidents Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely status updates Support operational changes based on traffic, events, and emergency situations

What we’re looking for: Experience in dispatch, fleet operations, logistics, transportation, control room, or operations Strong communication and coordination skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, real-time environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems Autonomous vehicle experience is not required

Schedule: AM and PM shifts available. On-site in Las Vegas.
