Float Pool Staffing & Analytics Coordinator

UC San Diego Health is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for the Nursing Float Pool to support 200+ Traveler and Registry RNs and CNAs. You will manage onboarding, system maintenance, and data reporting to ensure compliant staffing and timely requests. Under the direction of the Float Pool Manager, you will collaborate with HR, Education, and practice managers to optimize resources, track requests, and provide back-up to the central staffing office. Strong BI and communication skills are essential.
