Senior Contracts Attorney: Aircraft Purchasing & Aviation Deals

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is seeking a Sr. Attorney, Contracts on behalf of our client, an aerospace and defense company, for its ISR business. Reporting to the sector's Senior Director, Counsel, the attorney works as a legal specialist and business partner who provides strategic, proactive and practical legal counsel to sector management and staff on general and specialized legal matters, with an emphasis on aircraft purchasing agreements and aviation contracts and subcontracts.
