Job TitleJob Description Requirements / Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be or willing to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification within 180 days of hire. Experience working with children with autism, behavioral challenges, or varying disabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan, organize, and implement responsibilities effectively and establish and maintain positive working relationships with students, other professionals, staff, and the public. Credential Requirement: -Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent. -CA Career Technical Education Designated Subjects Credential in the Health Science and Medical Terminology Industry Sector with ELA1 or CLAD.
