Key Responsibilities:
Develop complex 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using PTC CREO
Perform structural analysis and FEA simulations to evaluate product strength and durability
Optimize mechanical designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness while supporting New Product Development (NPD) initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in mechanical product design and development
Strong proficiency in PTC CREO and practical experience with ANSYS for FEA
Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and engineering drawing standards
Ability to work remotely within the U.S. and travel as needed
