Retail Store Associate

Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service aligned with brand values and customer experience standards. Assist customers with merchandise selection, product knowledge, and promotions. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and operational procedures. Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately. Assist with merchandise organization and fulfillment support for 1920 Merch & Next Stop D.C.Support marketing initiatives, social media content, and community engagement efforts. Work collaboratively with management and team members to support daily operations. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking. Passion for history, culture, retail, or storytelling brands. Comfortable working in a fast-paced airport and retail environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Energetic, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
