National Acquisitions Finance Lead

Lennar is seeking a Sr Manager, National Acquisitions to be a senior financial partner within the Land Acquisition and Development team. You will own underwriting, proforma analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring across the division’s acquisition and disposition pipeline. You will lead scenario planning, surface issues, and deliver decision-ready recommendations that support disciplined growth aligned with Lennar’s standards of quality and integrity.
