Job Summary: The Salon Directorin Traininghelpsdrivestoreperformance, fosterssuperiorclientservice, andmaintainsoperationalexcellencetomeetorexceedestablishedproductivitygoals. Thisindividualwillmanageandsupervise Tanning Consultantstoachievecompanygoalsandwillleadbyexampleinallcompanyoperations. Tasks&Responsibilities: Responsibilitiesandessentialjobfunctionsincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing: Monitorandmanagedailyoperationsofthesaloninafast-pacedenvironment. Leadbyexampleinallcompanyoperationsincludingcreatingaclient-centricexperienceandmeetingpersonalsalesexpectations. Maintainaprofessionalandimpeccablycleansalonenvironment. Establishescleargoalsandobjectivesfor Team Members. Providescoaching, training, andfeedbacktoimprove Team Members’dailyperformance. Generatesalesreports, maintaininventory, andassistwithother Salon Directorfunctions. Assistthe Salon Directorincontrollingtoplinerevenueandexpenses. Helptomaintainproperstaffinglevelstoensuremaximumproductivityandexcellentcustomerservicewhilealsocontrollinglaborcosts. Abilitytoworknights&weekends. Abilitytoworka 5-dayworkweekwithapproximately 35to 45hoursperweekdependingonhourlyorsalarystatus.

Experience: Managementand/or Salesexperiencerequired. Beauty Industryand/or Customer Serviceexperiencepreferred.
