E-Commerce Warehouse Crew Member

Responsibilities: Follow directions for tasks assigned by Warehouse Manager and/or Team Leader Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy Receive and locate inbound freight in the warehouse Quality control products matching picked products with orders, validating, and prepping for the packing stations Pack boxes, utilizing good judgement and following guidelines set by manager to protect products efficiently and cost-effectively Use applicable software to weigh packages and print shipping labels, being mindful of shipping rates and bringing attention to manager when costs are excessive May be asked to work overtime in season. Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications: Warehouse experience preferred. Self-starter Time-management Attention to detail and thorough follow-up Can work independently or as part of a team Good communication skills Ability to work without constant supervision

Physical Requirements: Duties can be physically demanding May stand for up to 8 hours on concrete flooring Must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds Required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
