Manufacturing Technician

Pay: $19.50/hour Location: Near Clifton Park, NY (not accessible by bus line)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

PM About the Role: Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join their manufacturing team, reporting to the shift supervisor. In this role, you'll fabricate components for their polypropylene venting system product line through a variety of processes, including cutting, routing, and plastic welding.

Job Duties: Use the MRP system to view work orders and work instructions Build products per work order using a combination of plastic fabrication techniques, including plastic welding, routing, cutting, and bending/shaping Carton and label finished goods Execute quality procedures as documented by the quality department, building quality into every part manufactured Ensure manufacturing transactions are accurately entered into the MRP system Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assist the manufacturing leader in ensuring department equipment and sanitation levels are safely and properly maintained, following 5S principles Assist the manufacturing team leader with cycle counting inventory Ensure efficient use of time and equipment, maintaining accurate records and tight inventory control and security Assist management with continuous improvement efforts Perform other duties, projects, and assignments as needed Experience and
