We are seeking a driven, compassionate, non-clinical Family Success Coach to join our dynamic team. As a Family Success Coach, you will play a pivotal role in helping families through strength-based screenings and assessments, individualized case planning, and care coordination. Your expertise will help families achieve their goals and strengthen protective factors. The Family Success Coach delivers holistic care coordination, fostering engagement and leveraging wraparound services. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, youth, and their families while contributing to a supportive, strength-based, performance-driven organization. Key Highlights: Foster family engagement and retention through consistent communication. Administer individual and family screenings and assessments to inform and co-create a success plan, setting measurable goals and benchmarks to track their results. Provide individualized family coaching to help families meet their goals. Conduct one-on-one and small group coaching sessions. Collaborate with community providers and therapists to deliver comprehensive prevention and early intervention wraparound services. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct strength-based assessments to identify family needs and develop individualized success plans. Connect families to services and resources through our care coordination model. Facilitate one-on-one and small group coaching sessions to support family goals using motivational interviewing techniques. Collaborate with community providers to ensure seamless service coordination. Conduct monthly in-person goal check-ins and coaching sessions with families. Support family engagement and retention through consistent communication, progress reviews, and celebrating milestones. Strengthen protective factors by empowering families to build resilience, stability, and sustainable support systems. Use strength-based and wraparound service principles to co-create family-centered plans tailored to each family's unique needs and goals, values and traditions. Maintain accurate electronic documentation of assessments, case plans, contacts, and coaching session notes. Participate in training and professional development. Ability to conduct home, school, and community visits throughout Miami-Dade County. Attend required training and team meetings.

Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certification is required within 20 days of employment (training provided).Minimum of 2 years of experience in related social services, managing caseload, and providing prevention and early intervention services directly to families with children/youth. Knowledge of children, youth, and family resources and services in Miami-Dade County. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual; must be fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
Work Environment:
Nonprofit organization committed to learning and performance-based outcomes. Combination of in-office work and home visits tailored to meet family needs (this is an on-site position, not a work-from-home one).Ability to work some evenings to meet families' availability after 5 PM and the occasional Saturday (with advance notice) to attend Community Events.
Compensation: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
