Construction Sales Representative

Job Summary: Central Machinery Sales is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment/Construction Sales person to join our Pasco, WA team. As a Heavy Equipment/Construction Salesperson, you will be responsible for building a strong relationship with current and potential customers seeking to purchase or lease large heavy-duty construction and farm equipment. Duties:- Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers- Install, configure, and troubleshoot equipment- Collaborate with sales team to identify new market opportunities- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, working with localcontractors- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Qualifications:- Previous experience in technical sales or equipment sales preferred- Strong knowledge of technology sales and market trends- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Exceptional customer service and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team At Central Machinery Sales we value our employees' contributions and offer a competitive salary package along with commission.
