In-Home BCBA Leader: Coach RBTs & Family Outcomes

Ascend is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a team of RBTs and deliver evidence-based ABA services in clinic and clients' homes, schools, and community settings. You will supervise 8–10 RBTs, oversee treatment plans, ensure fidelity, mentor families, and collaborate with schools. Requires a Master’s in Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, BACB supervisor training, licensure eligibility, and ability to travel locally. This is a full-time role based in Glendale, AZ.
