Job Description
Requirements:
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:Frequent mobility and/or sitting, standing, bending or stooping for prolonged/extended periods
  • Requires lifting up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Requires lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Requires eye-hand coordination sufficient to operate machinery
  • Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity
  • Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours
  • Requires working in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires a normal range of hearing and vision
  • Must understand vague and implicit instructions and react favorably in all work situations
  • Must be able to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional mannerREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
  • Ability to pass structural weld inspection
  • Knowledge of steel and aluminum fabrication techniques
  • Experience in machine operations in a manufacturing environment ()Ability to use various power and hand tools
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a Post-offer background check, physical and drug screeningJOB DETAILS:Type: Hourly
Compensation Range: $22.00 - $26.00 Bonus Eligibility: NoShift: 4 days a week, 10 hour days
Reports To: Production Supervisor
