Process Engineer I: Manufacturing Process Optimizer

Hohman Plating, a division of Novaria Group, is seeking a Process Engineer I to support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes at its Dayton-area facility. The role emphasizes learning, problem solving, and independent execution of defined engineering work within processing areas. The engineer will support production, new work, process improvements, and technical problem solving, while communicating progress and escalation when needed.
