Architect IIIWe are seeking a Licensed Architect (Architect III level) to lead technical design and coordination efforts across healthcare, institutional, and commercial projects. This role involves full ownership of assigned project segments from design through construction administration, with increasing leadership responsibilities and client-facing involvement. The ideal candidate will serve as a senior technical resource, independently resolving design and coordination challenges while mentoring junior staff and supporting multidisciplinary project delivery.

Collaborative AEC environment with involvement across multiple active projects. Includes office-based work, coordination meetings, and periodic site visits for construction observation.
