VP, Customer Success & Growth

Smarty, a leader in location data intelligence, is seeking a VP of Customer Success to lead the Customer Success organization, own every post-sale relationship, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure customer needs shape our direction. This is a full-time, onsite role in Orem, Utah. Expect a scalable operating model, measurable retention goals, and a data-driven view of customer health and risk as we build the function from the ground up.
