To support a transformative mental healthcare movement, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Therapist will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, create individualized treatment plans, and establish trusting relationships with patients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities: Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients Diagnose and treat mental health disorders while creating individualized treatment plans Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Required qualifications: Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license Minimum of 12 months experience in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; familiarity with NextGen is desirable Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
