Athletic Trainer: Injury Prevention & Rehab Lead

Sanford Health in Medford, OR is seeking an Athletic Trainer to evaluate, plan, instruct, and monitor athletic training programs to help athletes prevent injury, restore function, and reach maximum independence. You will assess injuries, develop care plans, implement rehabilitation programs, and document findings from medical records, physicians, and families. Concussion testing may be required, and you must maintain state licensure and BOC certification.
