Insight Global is seeking a Private Client Associate to support a team of Financial Advisors for one of our financial services clients in the Towson, MD area. This individual will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service, supporting advisor productivity, and helping maintain and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. On a day-to-day basis, this person will act as a primary point of contact for clients, assist with account servicing needs, coordinate advisor initiatives, and support operational functions within the branch. They will collaborate closely with Financial Advisors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests while contributing to business development and client engagement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service and support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist Financial Advisors with servicing existing client relationships and supporting business growth initiatives
- Coordinate and execute client outreach and productivity-based campaigns
- Respond to client inquiries accurately and efficiently, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with firm policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve time-sensitive client and advisor requests
- Prepare client correspondence and communications while adhering to compliance requirements
- Utilize firm technology platforms and tools to support client service and operational needs
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively communicate concerns to Financial Advisors and branch leadership
- Support branch operations and administrative functions as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Demonstrated professionalism and high ethical standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous administrative, customer service, financial services, banking, or office support experienceFINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65 or Series 66 licenses
- Candidates without licenses who are willing and able to obtain licensing within 12 months of hire
- Experience supporting financial advisors, wealth management professionals, or investment teams
Compensation:
$23-28/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
