Head of Pricing & Value Optimization

Crowe in Dallas is seeking a Head of Pricing to lead the firm’s pricing capability across the value chain. You will shape pricing strategy, develop tools, and partner with partners, BU and DU leaders, RevOps, IT, and Finance to price to win. You'll drive value-based pricing for new work and renewals, build dashboards, and establish guardrails that balance client value with realization. The role demands strong communication and cross-functional influence.
