Chief Financial Officer

We are working on confidential search with a sponsor-backed developer and IPP that is looking for a senior financial executive to join its team and support the development and operation of their utility-scale asset portfolio operating across various ISOs here in the United States. The ideal candidate will have:15 - 20+ years of experience in financing major infrastructure assets, preferably in the utility scale renewable space Deep expertise in financial modeling including understanding of tax equity and various debt structuring models. Financial track record supporting $5B+ in capital raises across various assets. Experience raising capital and working directly with investors and lenders. Experience taking projects through financial close and from NTP to COD.Experience working with large teams spread across geographies. Ability / flexibility to travel.
